We do NOT send out individual emails CONFIRMING your order was received. Payments are all processed through Paypal Services so you will get an email from PAYPAL confirming payment was processed and order is sent to us. SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 72 hours. Please allow a MINIMUM of 2 weeks for delivery before contacting us concerning your order.

We are a SMALL little leather business (not a big mail-order warehouse filled with crates of junk from China and Taiwan) and we have a vendor booth at many Renaissance Fairs (that we work OURSELVES to run) and other events throughout the West Coast and North Carolina.  We do sometimes get over-run with order requests which can easily put us behind two weeks or more. ASSUME your order will take about 3-4 weeks to ship.

Base shipping price is about $6.75 for USA domestic for Priority Mail.

If you are on a specific time restraint, CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE and we will be happy to advise you of your available options, we may even be able to ship out right away.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Newest Shipping Rate Updates:
Though International Priority Mail rates have gone up, we are now once again able to offer INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

THIS MEANS: Our little Paypal shopping cart is not very good at calculating shipping rates to overseas and Canada addresses. We have it set to hopefully charge the proper amount for most of our items. SOME ITEMS are much more bulky and take larger boxes which increase the shipping rates. If the shopping cart calculated shipping amount does not charge enough, we may have to send you a separate Paypal invoice (usually only $5-15) to make up the difference.

This will also apply if you feel the shopping cart is OVER-charging. If you feel the rates are too high, contact us and we can investigate for accuracy and let you know your options. Current rates are estimated as follows: Canada - starting at around $30.00US Most Other Countries - starting at around $40.00. We do not return international calls. Canadian orders are sent USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL for an average shipping/handling cost of $25.00US or more. Feel free to contact us for international rate quotes.

All Over-seas orders are sent USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL for an average shipping/handling cost of $29.00US or more. Feel free to contact us for international rate quotes.

DUE TO EXCESSIVE ABUSES OF THE PAYPAL CHARGEBACK SYSTEM BY DISHONEST (SLIMY, CHEATING, NO-GOOD...) PEOPLE, WE WILL ONLY SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL UNLESS YOU MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.

All Canadian and Over-seas orders must be paid with either Paypal or International Money Order only.

All USA Domestic shipments are sent USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail unless otherwise requested (additional charges may apply for UPS or Fed-Ex type shipments).

We can rush/expedite for over-night shipping within the USA via USPS Express Mail or Fed-Ex but payment must be received before 12 Noon USA Pacific Time and is limited to stock on hand.

*Please Note - We will do our absolute best to fill rush orders, but we DO NOT GUARANTEE overnight delivery as past experiences have proven too many variables and we are not clairvoyant (I used to be, but I got behind in the payments.... it's a long story....).

JUST BECAUSE THE SHOPPING CART MAY OFFER AN EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT OPTION, DO NOT ASSUME IT WILL ARRIVE TOMORROW.
 If we're on a 3-day drive back from an event, we may not even GET your order for 4-5 days. (though we are now able to often process SOME orders from the road while in transit - ya, we're THAT FREAKIN' GOOD!!!)

RETURNS

Returns or Exchanges gladly accepted on regular stocked items!  However, exchanges for any reason other than damage, defect, or our shipping error are subject to a MINIMUM $6.00 charge to help off-set our replacement postage costs. Please include this payment with your exchange.  Sorry, we do not offer refunds on custom made-to-order items.

Returns for refund for any reason other than damage, defect, or our shipping error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any item returned to us which is worn or damaged due to abuse will NOT be issued a refund.  Unless it was our error, shipping will not be refunded.  Thank you! Email Us!

ORDERING

FOR YOUR SECURITY: This site processes orders using Paypal and Paypal shopping cart. You ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to make purchases from this site.

If you are a registered Paypal user,  BE CERTAIN YOU KEEP YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION CURRENT. The address in your Paypal profile is WHERE your ORDER WILL BE SENT AUTOMATICALLY. If your order is returned to us or lost because you failed to update your information  YOU WILL BE CHARGED the shipping/handling fees again.

Once your order is processed, shipping and handling fees WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless there is a direct mistake on our part.

Any and all custom or specialty orders are required to be paid for IN FULL when the order is placed at which time NO REFUND will be given for any reason other than a blatant mistake on our part.

Please do Not Email or call us within 10 days after placing your order without asking us about availability, we are Busy filling Your order and other orders and can not take the time to answer questions such as "did it ship yet?" Thanks for understanding.

WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENTS

We are required by the State of WA to charge sales tax! Trust me, we'd rather not but it's the law -Sorry.
Since the shopping cart cannot calculate sales tax for Washington, after placing your order, you will receive an invoice for the sales tax due.

OUR "RENNIE DISCOUNT" POLICY

A large percentage of our product line is geared for the renaissance faire and re-enactor crowd. Yes, we love all of you, but - unless you're going to order 10 or more of something - PLEASE don't ask us for a "faire-goer's discount".

ALLERGY WARNING

We are owned by three cats (Pinky, Lucifur, and Bunny) that often occupy our shop to oversee our quality control department. If you have feline/cat allergies, we might not be your best choice for leather work. ~Sorry

DEAREST TOPS AND DOMS,

WE are NOT your subs or bottoms. Rude, demanding, demeaning, or condescending phone calls or emails will NOT be tolerated from ANYONE. If you address us as such, your emails will be ignored and your orders will be promptly refunded. If you are not clear about what this means, then you do not belong in the Lifestyle.
